With the arrival of Sephora, I thought I’d send out some love to one of my can’t-live-without beauty products: Bare Minerals. I started using the mineral makeup just about six months ago, and since then I have literally gotten no less than 20 compliments about my new, flawless-looking skin. I’ve never had really radiant skin before. It’s mostly been dull, but relatively free of blemishes. On a whim, I decided to try Bare Minerals (after hearing some good feedback from my favorite beauty site, Jolie in NYC).

I started with the medium skin tone starter kit (retails for $60 through Sephora) and it came with two foundations, a bronzer, mineral veil (a finishing powder), three brushes, a sample size of Rare Minerals night treatment, a how-to booklet and instructional DVD.

When it comes to beauty products, I’m all about trying new things and finding the next best thing, but now I’m a complete mineral makeup devotee. It cleared up my skin and hides any imperfections, while giving you a great glow. I definitely won’t be buying any other foundations.

I may sound like a commercial, but I’ve had such great luck with the stuff that I thought I’d share with Kristi and her readers. With Sephora coming in just a little over a week, definitely check it out.
