i’ve often seen infomercial and advertisements on QVC and such for Bare Minerals makeup. It sounds nice, but does it really work? I suppose it might work for normal skin, but does it really cover up redness and acne and create a clean, fresh looking face? I don’t have the best skin, although it has gotten better over the past 6 months or so…..but I need something strong enough to create a smooth look on my face, to cover up redness and acne.

so, has anyone who has tried it think it is worth the money? thanks!

I have rosacea, and get very red skin when it flares up. I use bare minerals - and it definitely works for me. Make sure you purchase the concealer brush (it’s the one for detail work). If you have fair skin, also purchase the one called “Bisque” in addition to your foundation - it acts as a highlighter/concealer and really covers redness/acne.
